Add Icon attribute to disable automatic scaling

Description

In #655, the scaling functionality for Icons was added. Now there exist situations where GUI designers want to add Icons to Boxes without the images scaling.

Thus I propose a simple attribute killswitch for scaling which just sets min_ and max_size to the actual image size.
