Description

There is a bug in dep_analyzer.py that prevents the dependency graphs from being generated. This ticket is to fix the dep_analyzer. Also the _allowed_dependencies.py file should be reviewed.

(In [3701]) Updating the dependency graphs for fun. There is a bug it seems in dep_analyzer.py that prevents the png and ps files to be generated to I generated them manually until I can look at it further. refs #554
