Document all valid FIFE settings

Document all valid engine settings that can be set in the settings.xml file. This documentation should include all valid values for these settings.

I have added some description on the settings in the wiki page:  http://wiki.fifengine.net/Engine_Extensions#Engine_Settings.

Firstly, there is some discussion on how to write a workable settings.xml file. Then, the possible setting attributes are discussed with some illustration attached to them.

Made some change on the logToPrompt and LogToFile? option. I was previously confused about those fields.
